3. Service Terms

Our educational services are designed to be delivered as scheduled sessions or ongoing coaching engagements. Once services have commenced, we generally do not offer refunds, as preparation and resource allocation are customized per client. However, clients may request to reschedule sessions by contacting us through our contact form. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. If cancellation is necessary, please notify us promptly.

4. Informational Products

Informational products include e-books, recorded lectures, and training manuals. Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product remains unused and fully intact. Refund requests should be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Physical Educational Materials

Physical materials like printed manuals or course kits are shipped to the address provided by the customer. If the shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days. Refunds or replacements will be provided upon verification. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers wishing to interaction materials may also contact us via our contact form.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund or reschedule a service, please contact us via our contact form providing your purchase details and reason for request. After review, we will communicate the decision and next steps. Refunds, if approved, are returned through the original payment method, typically within 14 business days.

7. No Refund Exceptions

Please note that customized mentoring sessions or bespoke program arrangements explicitly made for the customer are non-refundable. This is due to the personalized nature and irreversible commitment of time and resources by our mentors.
